Our Services
Support that works for you.
At WA Care Collective, we provide a range of supports to help people with everyday life, get involved in their community and work towards the things that matter to them.
We know that everyone is different. Some people need a hand around the house, others want to get out more, build their confidence or learn new skills. Whatever the situation, we take the time to get to know the person, understand what they're working towards and find ways to support them.

Let's Talk About What You Need
Not everyone needs the same type of support, and we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
Whether you're looking for help at home, support to get out into the community, mentoring or recovery coaching, we'd love to have a conversation about what you're looking for and how we might be able to help.
In-Home & Daily Living Support
Sometimes it's the everyday things that make the biggest difference.
We provide practical support at home, whether that's helping with daily routines, keeping on top of household jobs or working towards being more independent.
This can include:
Help with everyday routines and activities
Cooking and meal preparation
Cleaning, laundry and general housework
Gardening and basic yard maintenance
Shopping and other household tasks
Building skills to manage daily life more independently
Community Access & Participation
Getting out into the community should be about more than just filling in time.
We support people to get involved in activities they enjoy, try something new, meet people and stay connected to their community.
This can include:
Getting out and about in the community
Social outings and recreational activities
Attending appointments
Exploring hobbies and personal interests
Building confidence in social situations
Developing independence when accessing the community
Individual Mentoring
Sometimes having the right person alongside you can make all the difference.
Our mentoring support is about building a genuine connection, understanding what someone wants to achieve and helping them work towards it.
This can include:
Building confidence and self-esteem
Developing everyday life and social skills
Working towards personal goals
Learning to make decisions and solve problems
Finding new interests and opportunities
Having someone to encourage and guide you along the way
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
We provide psychosocial recovery coaching for people who need support to manage the challenges that can come with psychosocial disability.
Our approach is about listening, understanding what's important to the person and working together to find practical ways forward.
This can include:
Working towards personal recovery goals
Building confidence and independence
Developing strategies to manage everyday challenges
Understanding and connecting with available supports
Building on personal strengths
Working with families, services and other supports where appropriate
