OUR WHY
Because people deserve better.
We believe every person has inherent value, purpose and potential.
People receiving support deserve more than services that simply fill time, tick boxes or get the job done. They deserve to feel valued, understood, included and genuinely excited about the life they're building.
WA Care Collective exists because we've seen too many people receive support that falls short of what they deserve.
We're here to change that!
We want to change the experience of receiving support and raise the standard of what good support looks like.
We believe the best outcomes happen when participants, families, support workers, other stakeholders and WA Care Collective work together as a collective, each bringing their own experience, strengths and perspective.
We're not here to claim we're perfect, or that we know everything.
We simply believe good enough isn't good enough when it comes to people's lives.
And we're committed to doing better!
OUR MISSION
To make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.
We deliver personalised, genuine and purposeful support that helps people pursue the goals, interests and experiences that matter to them.
We take the time to understand the person, not just their NDIS plan.
We believe great support comes from two things working together:
Exceptional support + genuine human connection.
Our goal is to build support teams where participants feel comfortable, understood and valued, where workers are matched thoughtfully based on personality, interests, strengths and compatibility and where meaningful relationships can naturally develop within appropriate professional boundaries.
Because when someone enjoys who they're with, feels understood by their team and is working towards something that genuinely matters to them, support becomes more than a service. It becomes an opportunity.

We want WA Care Collective to be known throughout our community for doing things differently, for having high standards, genuinely caring people and participants who are happy, engaged and making progress towards the lives they want.
We want families to know they can trust the people supporting their loved ones.
We want our participants to feel like they're part of something special.
We want our staff to feel valued, supported and proud of the work they do.
And ultimately, we want to contribute to a community where exceptional support isn't the exception, it's the expectation!
